Laughter is the best medicine:
When was the last time you had a real belly laugh? If you can’t remember, then it has been too long. Lighten up! Come and learn the amazing physical and emotional benefits of laughter, joy, gratitude, a positive attitude and living life with purpose.

Denise Scruggs, educator, motivational speaker, recreation specialist, successful annual conference director, 12-year cancer survivor and Director of the Beard Center on Aging at Lynchburg College, brings us the “Happiness” portion.

The Brain Warrior’s Way – How To Keep Your Brain Young And Healthy As Your Age:
Learn how to improve your brain function or to push back negative brain changes by many years. Make no mistake – you are in a war for the health of your brain. The presenters will show you some steps to master your brain and body for the rest of your life!

Both board-certified, Drs. Annibali and Jorandby, bring us the “Health” portion. Dr. Joseph Annibali is the published author of Reclaim Your Brain – How to Calm Your Thoughts, Heal Your Mind, and Bring Your Life Back Under Control; Dr. Lantie Elisabeth Jorandby is a psychology and neuroscience researcher, fellowship recipient at Yale School of Medicine and previous faculty member at Harvard Medical School, Department of Psychiatry.
