Road Rulz

Get ready for a fantastic summer of Road Rulz adventure camp. Participants will travel and engage in new and exciting activities each day. Imaginations will soar, new skills will be learned, and tons of fun memories will be created. This camp is designed specifically for middle and high school students who are motivated to meet the challenges and embrace the journey.

General Information

Drop-Off and Pick-Up Information

Parents must check in campers at Reston Community Center Hunters Woods each day at 8:00 a.m. and pick up campers by 5:00 p.m., unless otherwise specified. A detailed itinerary will be provided prior to each weekly camp start and will also include camper requirements related to lunch, attire and behavior expectations.

Camp Forms

Camp Forms Packet is due May 15. Failure to submit these forms will result in the forfeiture of your child's space. Participants only need to submit one set of forms per child, regardless of the number of RCC camps in which they are enrolled.

Camper Information

Campers must bring a bagged lunch and drink each day unless otherwise stated in the weekly camp itinerary. Please do not pack items that require refrigeration as there is no refrigerated storage available.

Camp fees include a t-shirt, field trip transportation, and all venue admissions.

  • Wednesday: Movie and Rebounderz
  • Thursday: Whitewater Tubing
  • Friday: Splashdown Waterpark

WEEK 2
July 17-21

  • Monday: Spy Museum
  • Tuesday: Sandy Springs Ropes Course
  • Wednesday: Outdoor Rock Climbing
  • Thursday: Museum on O Street
  • Friday: Watermine Family Swimmin' Hole

WEEK 3
July 24-28

  • Monday: Newseum/ Natural History Museum
  • Tuesday: Skyline Paintball
  • Wednesday: Whitewater Rafting
  • Thursday: Go Karts
  • Friday: Atlantis Waterpark

WEEK 4
July 31-August 4

  • Monday: Bowling/Movies
  • Tuesday: Skyline Caverns/ Route 11 Potato Chip Factory
  • Wednesday: Zipline Canopy Tour
  • Thursday: Mutter Museum*
  • Friday: Cascades Waterpark

WEEK 5
August 7-11

  • Monday: Dave & Buster's
  • Tuesday: iFly World Indoor Skydiving
  • Wednesday: Skyline Paintball
  • Thursday: African American Museum of History and Culture
  • Friday: Great Waves Waterpark

 * Denotes early departure from RCC at 7:00 a.m., with an expected return at 5:00 p.m.
