Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit of $250 per person due upon reservation. Reservations are made on a first come, first served basis. Reservations made after the deposit due date of September 26, 2016 are based upon availability
  • Payment: Final payment due by January 31, 2017.
  • Please Note: Deposits are fully refundable up until October 03, 2016, after that date certain charges apply.

Travel Protection

  • $280 Per Person 

Travel the world, worry-free with Collette’s Travel Protection Plan. If you need to cancel for any reason right up until the day prior to departure, you’ll get a full refund (less the cost of the plan). Plus, you are covered on tour. If you have to stop your trip or return home early, need medical assistance or evacuation, suffer a baggage loss or delay, or are delayed on tour for 12 hours or more, you're covered. It’s the kind of peace of mind you cannot put a price tag on.

 


 

Management Responsibility: Leisure Destinations Services, Inc., (Herin LDS at PO Box 1430, Centreville, VA 20122 - tel 703.815.8747 and/or any travel agency and/or supplier of services present to or in conjunction with this itinerary shall not be responsible or become liable for any delay incurred by any person in connection with any means of transportation;nor for any loss, damage or injury to person or property by reason of any event beyond the control of any agency or supplier, or occurring without the fault or negligence of such agency or supplier. LDS responsibility is strictly limited. LDS acts only as agent for members in arranging room accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, admissions and restaurants. LDS cannot be responsible for suppliers willful or negligent acts and omissions or any carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. The right is reserved to eliminate or change insurance coverages, substitute types of aircraft, dates of departure, alter the routing or cancel the trip if a minimum number of bookings is not reached. The right is also reserved to substitute hotels for other hotel in available categories. Further, the right is reserved to decline to accept or to retain at any time any person as a participant on any tour or to cancel any tour. No refund will be made for voluntary absence from the tour unless arrangements are made at the time of booking. The schedules contained herein are subject to change without notice. LDS is not responsible to any person for expense, loss of time or money or other circumstance resulting from such change. All rates are based on current tariff and exchange rates effect at the time of costing & are subject to adjustment without prior notification in the event of changes therein, in changes in the number of participants on which the rates are based or airfare increases. The passage contract in use by the carrier concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the carrier and the purchaser of this tour and/or passenger. The payment of the required deposit or any other partial payment of a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the condition and general information in this brochure/ flyer. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with custom regulations, are your, (the tour member) responsibility. We are not responsible for typographical errors of omission.
