DESCRIPTION:Join Tephra ICA every third Thursday of the month for Art After Hours! Stop by the gallery between 5-8pm to enjoy snacks\, drinks\, music\, contemporary art\, and special programming. Free and open to the public. \nOn Thursday\, February 15th\, Art After Hours will highlight a Creative Response to the exhibition on view starting at 6pm. Join American University Professor Andy Holtin for a multi-sensory experience inspired by Kendall Buster that will help us look at artworks through a new lens. In Holtin’s installation\, SEEN/SEED\, he takes the work of Buster as territory for perceptual interventions\, highlighting its incessant shift between model and monument\, vessel\, and place.
