Get ready for our Passport to Summer Fun adventure, your ticket to nonstop excitement for kids of all ages. Enjoy scavenger hunts, arts and crafts and fast-paced games. Each day brings new challenges, new friends and more passport stamps.
Grab your crew, lace up your sneakers and explore the magic of our local parks to make unforgettable summer memories.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Join the Fun – Earn Stamps – Win Prizes! Explore Reston and collect stamps by attending events and programs. Complete a passport for a chance to win exciting prizes!
- Get Your Passport – Pick one up at RCC Hunters Woods or RCC Lake Anne or download and print it from our website. Passports will be ready by June 30.
- Attend Events & Collect Stamps – Bring your passport to participating RCC events and programs throughout July to collect stamps.
- Earn Entries for Prizes – Each stamp you collect gets you closer to winning! Make sure every circle on your passport is stamped to qualify for the prize drawing.
- Submit Your Passport – Write your name and contact info on the passport, then return it to either RCC location or mail it to: LaTanja Snelling, RCC Equity Partnerships Director, 2310 Colts Neck Road, Reston, VA 20191
Mailed entries must be postmarked by Friday, August 1 to be eligible.
You can earn stamps at a wide variety of fun RCC events and programs, including:
- Summer camp drop off and pick up
- Sunset Concerts, Take A Break, Happy Hour with Darden & Friends, Summerbration Fab Fridays, Family Fun Entertainment Series, Sunday Art in the Park
- Fun Around Town activities
- Crafternoons
- Reston Teddy Bear Picnic
- RCC On Wheels
- Community Coffee, Aquatic programs, Fitness, any classes at RCC
- RCC Customer Service desks
- The Leila Gordon Theatre events and performances
