Camp Forms

Camp forms are due May 15 in ePACT. Failure to submit these forms by the deadline may result in the forfeiture of your child’s space. Participants only need to submit one set of forms per child, regardless of the number of RCC camps in which they are enrolled.

Parents and guardians should review the 2026 Campers Handbook with their campers, as it contains important and useful information.

Camp registration will be closed on Thursday prior to the week of camp.

Due to inclement weather, both Reston Community Center facilities will remain closed on Sunday, January 25 and Monday, January 26.  All programs scheduled for January 25 and 26 are canceled. Make-up classes will be scheduled if possible. No refunds will be issued for inclement weather cancellations. Rental activities are canceled.

We regret any inconvenience that this disruption of RCC programs and services causes and hope you will stay safe during this weather event. We will return to normal operations as soon as we are able.
