RCC facilities may be rented by individuals for private social events or by businesses or organizations for non-commercial purposes such as meetings or fundraisers (non-profit organizations only). Any type of commercial use of RCC facilities is prohibited. Reston residents may not allow non-resident individuals or organizations to use their address for the purpose of obtaining discounted rental rates.
