How do I add additional members to my account?

When creating a household account, include all family member names and each member’s date of birth.

Once a household account has been created, patrons are unable to add additional family members through their myRCC household account access. Patrons should send a request to add additional family members through RCCContact@fairfaxcounty.gov, or call the Customer Service Desk at 703-476-4500, press 8, and provide the name(s) and date of birth of additional family members.
