RCC’s rental calendar runs from September 1 to August 31 of the following year and rental requests from Reston residents, businesses and organizations are accepted starting on the second Saturday of March each year. Non-Reston patrons may submit requests starting April 1. Booking early is advised, particularly for larger spaces and for weekend dates as many spaces may book several months in advance. All rental requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
