Patrons wishing to qualify must show proof of eligibility and documentation describing the household members. Acceptable forms of eligibility and household member documentation include a copy of their latest income tax return, SNAP, TANF, WIC, Medicaid, Head Start and/or Free and Reduced Lunch paperwork.
